Requirements: Kuala Lumpur 28-Feb-11
SPM/STPM/Diploma in Marketing/Business Studies or related discipline    
Preferably 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in the automotive industry but those with sales experience can be considered    
Dynamic, self-motivated and energetic go-getter who has a strong drive to achieve sales targets and meet high customer service standards    
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Conversant in Mandarin and other dialects an added advantage    
Possess valid driver’s licence and own transport    
Responsibilities:    
Responsible to carry out the sales & marketing job to meet the job target.    
Responsible to develope new sales opportunity and follow up on the delivery matters.    
Responsible to handle customer enquiries, handle customer complaints and liaises with relevant party to ensure the corrective action are taken.    
To attend all the training/marketing activities provided by Company.    
     
3. Tools Keeper Puchong 28-Feb-11
Responsibilities:    
Control of general, special tools and workshop equipment in workshop and maintain their inventory.    
Ensure proper storage of tools/equipment.    
Ensure all tools and portable workshop equipment loaned to the workshop personnel are returned in good condition.    
Report any damages/loss of items immediately to Team Leader.    
Maintain an accurate record of tools & equipment inventory and replacement.    
Ensure tools & equipment are displayed in the proper location for easy access.    
Ensure tools & equipment are kept clean and in good condition.    
Maintain record of personnel borrowing the tools and equipment in the workshop.    
Control allocation/usage of consumables items.    
Maintain cleanliness & tidiness in the tools room at all times.    
Follow-up tools and equipment pending order for replacement or repair.    
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by Superior.    
     
4. Apprentice/Jr.Technician/Technician/Panel Beater/Spray Painter Puchong 28-Feb-11
Responsibilities:    
Perform jobs assigned by Progress Controller in accordance to MBM guideline    
Ensure that quality workmanship is produced.    
Carry out repair and maintenance work according to the repair order (WIP) or instruction from Team Leader.    
Perform work with the use of correct tools or special tools according to the guideline and MBM standard flat rate time.    
Inform Team leader on any deviation or additional repair work.    
Clock “ON” of repair order before starting work and clock “OFF” when work is completed or interrupted.    
Correct application of diagnostic testing equipment.    
Observe safety regulation and workshop rules.    
Upkeep and maintenance of common hand tools in tools box.    
Maintain cleanliness of work bay and customer vehicle.    
Perform and other duties which may be assigned by Superior.    
     
5. Team Leader Puchong 28-Feb-11
Responsibilities:    
Allocate job assigned by progress controller to technicians/panel beaters/spray painters according to their experience, knowledge and skills.    
Monitor group manpower and capacity.    
Carry out job scheduling.    
Supervise the repair work carried out by Technicians/Panel Beaters/Spray Painters according to guidelines and times allocated.    
Responsible for Technicians’/Panel Beaters’/Spray Painters’ activities.    
Ensure Technician is always on stand-by at the work bay and do not interrupt others.    
Check and monitor Technicians’/Panel Beaters’/Spray Painters’ attendance.    
Ensure quality of jobs is achieved. Analyze and carry out measure on come- back- jobs.    
Supervise repair performance, assist Technicians/Panel Beaters/Spray Painters in trouble shooting and performing problem repairs.    
Inform Service Advisor of delay in repairs and additional defects.    
Provide training to Technicians/Panel Beaters/Spray Painters and Apprentice.    
Check and review work-in-progress and follow-up for completion as promised to the customer.    
Carry out repair work whenever necessary.    
Monitor spare parts replacement.    
Responsible for good housekeeping of workshop floor.    
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by Superior.
