| Carry out job scheduling. | |||
| Supervise the repair work carried out by Technicians/Panel Beaters/Spray Painters according to guidelines and times allocated. | |||
| Responsible for Technicians’/Panel Beaters’/Spray Painters’ activities. | |||
| Ensure Technician is always on stand-by at the work bay and do not interrupt others. | |||
| Check and monitor Technicians’/Panel Beaters’/Spray Painters’ attendance. | |||
| Ensure quality of jobs is achieved. Analyze and carry out measure on come- back- jobs. | |||
| Supervise repair performance, assist Technicians/Panel Beaters/Spray Painters in trouble shooting and performing problem repairs. | |||
| Inform Service Advisor of delay in repairs and additional defects. | |||
| Provide training to Technicians/Panel Beaters/Spray Painters and Apprentice. | |||
| Check and review work-in-progress and follow-up for completion as promised to the customer. | |||
