1. Copy down the other driver's license and vehicle details and take pictures of the vehicles involved.



2. Call Hap Seng Star 24h breakdown service 012-204 6673 for assistance and towing services.  If your vehicle could not be driven, DO NOT be forced to make use of other third party towing services.



3. Lodge a police report within 24 hours of the accident.



4. Seek medical attention if there's any discomfort or injury.
